jlcrk Terms and Conditions – Philippine Online Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "Player") and jlcrk ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the jlcrk website at jlcrk.best, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jlcrk platform. Continued use of jlcrk after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking back periodically.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use jlcrk. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. jlcrk reserves the right to request official government-issued identification at any time to verify your age. If verification fails, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one jlcrk account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is a violation of these Terms. jlcrk uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be permanently suspended, and any winnings generated while in breach of this policy may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlcrk login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. jlcrk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@jlcrk.best. jlcrk is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. You must notify jlcrk of any changes to your personal details. Providing false information — including a false name, address, or date of birth — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

jlcrk is operated under a Philippine PAGCOR license and is intended for players located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law is not permitted. Players accessing jlcrk from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without notice.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

jlcrk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. jlcrk does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited to your jlcrk account immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP).

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your name — jlcrk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Deposits made by credit card or debit card may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of the deposited amount, in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.

3.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

jlcrk reserves the right to set deposit and withdrawal limits based on account verification status, transaction history, and regulatory requirements. Players may also set their own personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. These self-imposed limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours after the request to increase is submitted.

4.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed at jlcrk are final once the "Place Bet" confirmation is received. You are responsible for reviewing the bet slip — including the selection, odds, stake amount, and potential return — before confirming. jlcrk is not responsible for bets placed in error by the member. If you believe a bet was placed incorrectly due to a technical fault on the jlcrk platform, contact support immediately.

4.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on jlcrk are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed at the moment your confirmation was processed. jlcrk operates on a "best odds" or "current odds" model depending on the product and market — this is clearly indicated in the bet slip before confirmation.

4.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For PBA, the official PBA score is used. For sabong, the official arena result from the accredited cockpit or streaming partner applies. For esports, the official tournament organizer's declared result governs settlement at jlcrk. In the event of a discrepancy between unofficial sources and the official result, the official result always prevails.

4.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed; the event was suspended before the minimum required play period was completed; or jlcrk determines that the market was priced in error. Void bets in an accumulator are settled as if that leg was not included.

4.5 Palpable Errors

If jlcrk offers odds that are clearly and manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error (a "palpable error"), we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members. This applies even after bets have been placed. jlcrk will make every effort to identify and correct palpable errors promptly.

• Bets placed at odds more than 10× the fair market value may be voided as a palpable error
• Members who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts reviewed
• jlcrk will notify affected members by email within 48 hours of a palpable error determination

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions offered by jlcrk are subject to specific eligibility conditions published at the time of each offer. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per member, once per household, once per IP address, and once per payment method. jlcrk reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus awarded to members who do not meet eligibility requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by jlcrk must meet a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a welcome bonus with a 10× wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Real money funds in your wallet are always withdrawable and are used before bonus funds in any bet.

5.3 Qualifying Bets

Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher typically count 100% toward wagering. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific product-level contribution rates are published with each promotion. Cashed-out bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds at jlcrk have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Bonus funds not wagered within the expiry period will be forfeited. The wagering requirement must also be completed within the same expiry window unless otherwise stated.

5.5 Abuse and Bonus Fraud

jlcrk monitors for bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus structures, and self-exclusion followed by re-registration to claim a welcome offer again. Where bonus abuse is identified, jlcrk reserves the right to void associated winnings, remove bonus funds, and suspend the relevant accounts.

jlcrk is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. We comply fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and provide a comprehensive set of player protection tools.

6.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily exclude yourself from jlcrk for periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jlcrk. This cannot be reversed. Contact support to request permanent self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time spent on the platform and cumulative win/loss for the session.

6.2 Interaction with Vulnerable Players

jlcrk's support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond with appropriate support resources. If our team identifies behavior consistent with a gambling problem, we may proactively reach out to offer tools and information — and in some cases restrict account access — as part of our duty of care obligations under PAGCOR regulations.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jlcrk. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any name or identity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sports or esports
• Engaging in money laundering or using jlcrk to process funds from illegal sources
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlcrk staff or other members
• Attempting to reverse transactions or file unauthorized chargebacks through your payment provider
• Accessing jlcrk from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited

All content on jlcrk — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, and odds data — is the property of jlcrk or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works based on jlcrk content without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jlcrk platform for your personal, non-commercial betting activity. This license does not include the right to scrape, copy, or redistribute any odds data, results, or platform content.

The jlcrk name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of jlcrk trademarks in any commercial context is prohibited.

9.1 Limitation of Liability

jlcrk provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain uptime and accurate pricing, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. jlcrk is not liable for losses resulting from platform outages, internet connection failures, or delays in bet placement or settlement caused by factors outside our direct control.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, payment, or any other matter, contact jlcrk support at support@jlcrk.best. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint department in accordance with their published procedures.

9.3 Transaction Finality

Confirmed bets and processed withdrawals cannot be reversed. If you believe a transaction was processed in error due to a technical fault on jlcrk's systems, contact support with full details within 48 hours. Unauthorized chargeback requests submitted to payment providers without first contacting jlcrk support are a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

jlcrk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor editorial corrections or clarifications may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at jlcrk.best/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. By continuing to use jlcrk after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jlcrk operates under a license issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), and all gaming activities on the platform are subject to PAGCOR regulation and oversight.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of jlcrk that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using jlcrk, you irrevocably agree to submit to this jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
